WEDDING VIDEOGRAPHY EQUIPMENT & PACKAGE OPTIONS INCLUDE:

 

EQUIPMENT 

Multiple HD cameras (recommend minimum of two cameras) with pre and post- ceremony footage, wireless lapel mic(s), backup digital audio, smooth tripods, mobile camera stabilizer, artistic lenses, on-board lighting, and other equipment for a variety of artistic looks.

 

REHEARSAL

Usually up to an hour of shooting with one or more cameras, brief recording of interviews with bride, groom, wedding party (included in "Our Wedding Story" package).  Rehearsal shooting captures those special 'casual' moments of anticipation before the rush of the wedding day arrives.

 

GETTING READY  FILMING / FIRST GLANCES (very popular option)

Imagine 10 or 20 years from now sitting down and watching the fun that ensued amongst your bridesmaids during all the preparations leading up to your wedding ceremony!  These are such special and intimate moments to be captured on video...the laughter, the makeup, the hair teasing, the memosas, a mother helping her daughter don her dress, the guys figuring out how to pin on a bootineer, a groom's first look at his beautiful bride (for those non-traditionalists), a bride's first look at her dashing groom.   We can be there to captuer it all!

 

FULL CEREMONY

Usually 1.5 hours of shooting with two or more cameras, including some B-roll shooting 15 minutes before and 15 minutes following the ceremony.  

 

RECEPTION

Usually up to 3-4 hours of shooting with one or more cameras, capturing all the smallest details of the decorations, table settings, traditional and non-traditional moments, bridal party introductions, toasts, dances, the dance 'party', and all the activities and smiles that will make up the essence of your reception.

 

INTERVIEWS   WITH FAMILY & FRIENDS (very popular option)

Usually at various times during the reception, we will engage your family and friends with an opportunity to say some casual, meaningful words on your video. Sometimes words of wisdom, sometimes spontaneous humorous stories, but all in fun for a fun surprise for the bride and groom when they get to watch.  What a cool legacy to review for years to come!

 

CEREMONY HIGHLIGHT VIDEO / HIGHLIGHT OF THE DAY VIDEO

For times when you or future visitors may not have time to watch every detail of your ceremony, but you want them to catch the essence of your ceremony or day, all put to your favorite music, we can edit such highlight videos for you!

 

QUICK HIGHLIGHT "TEASER" FOR FACEBOOK (very popular option)

Okay, so it can take photographers and videographers some time to edit your images and video into the final product.  So what about something more immediate to share with family and friends, especially those unable to attend your celebration?  Answer:  We will edit a short highlight teaser for just such a need....

 

POST-HONEYMOON VIDEO

Yes, we can take your honeymoon footage and produce a video that captures your highlights put to music, as well.

 

STORAGE OPTIONS

Our packages include a minimum number of master DVD sets with artwork, colorful labeling, scene selection menus, the works.  We also offer various options for future storage of your digital files.
